We offer a no-questions-asked refund to customers within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.
If you are not satisfied, simply contact us by email.
Items damaged during shipping will be replaced and shipped free of charge. We may request some damaged items to be returned with a provided shipping label.
Sorry, custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns, but if you are not happy for any reason, please notify us and we will do our best to make it right. Artwork proofs or "mock ups" of custom items will be provided prior to production for approval.
